Vinification: With skin contact extraction for 14 hours all the characteristic aromas of the variety are retrieved. The fermentation is completed in refrigerated stainless steel tanks at 16-18 °C.
Characteristics: Wine finesse with bright golden color, aromas of exotic fruit, excellent acidity and full flavor with an intensity that creates a pleasant wine for every moment.
Food pairing: smoked cheeses, fish with enough fat, poultry or pork with white sauces.
Serve: At 12-14 °C.
