Vineyard: Kallithea Corinth, on the slopes of the Black Mountain, reaching an elevation of 800m.
Organoleptic characteristics:The appearance is clear with a pale yellow to green hue. The nose is intense with aromas of stone fruits, predominately peach, complemented by aromas of violet and jasmine. The mouthfeel is characterized by fresh acidity, with a long fruity finish based on lime aromas.
Pair with: It pairs perfectly with seafood, white meat, pasta, as long as with dishes from Asian and mostly Japanese cuisine. Serve between 8 – 10 C.
