The Light of the Sun
- Naturally Sweet Red Wine aged in French oak casks.
- The grapes are sun-dried for 6-7 days which is a customary method passed down from generation to generation. This way the increase of the concentration of sugars is succeeded naturally. Then, the crushing of the grapes takes place and the alcoholic fermentation starts until it is interrupted by frigidity so that the sweet taste of the wine is maintained. Organoleptically aromas such as sour cherries, dogberry jam, caramel and clove are distinguished in the nose. It has a full mouthfeel which is characterised by a sugars-acids balance.
- It ideally accompanies aged cheeses, smoked cured meat and desserts.
