Description
Varieties: Muscat of Alexandria – Roditis Alepou (fox).
Category: Protected Geographical Indication Serres, White dry.
Location: Emmanuel Pappas Serres.
Vineyard: Linear in altitude of 250m.
Yield per hectare: 1100 kg per acre.
Vinification: After skin contact extraction, the wine goes in refrigerated stainless steel tanks at a constanttemperature of 16 oC. At the end of the alcoholic fermentation the wine is left with the lees for one month with stirring periodically.
Characteristics: This elegant marriage of Greek varieties gives one of the most unique wines of the Macedonian vineyard. The color is bright yellow with golden hues, refined acidity combined into a rich and powerful palate, with delicately and subtly perfumes.
Food pairing: seafood, pasta, white meat with light sauces.
Serve: At 10-12 °C
