Description

Vinification by maceration technique. Color of irides rose with violet reflections. Aromas of cherry and raspberry with a hint of cinnamon.
In the mouth velvet and balanced.

Ideal companion for Mediterranean cuisine dishes, such as grilled fish or meat with Greek herbs, seafood and pasta with tomato sauce, vegetables cooked in an olive oil based sauce, vegetable salads and cool desserts.
