  • Vinification method: Cold soak, fermentation at low temperature and ageing in new french oak barrels for 7 months on lees.
  • Alcohol by volume: 13.4% vol
  • Characteristics: Vivid and luminous gold-yellowish color with green tints. An elegant & complex aroma with notes of flowers & wood.
  • Food pairing: Poultry dishes with white sauces, greasy fishes and cheeses with a strong taste.
  • Serving Temperature: 8-10 oC
