Tasting Notes
Bright blonde yellow.
An expressive bouquet of aromas, where on an oaky background we hind aromas of acacia, lemongrass, orange, honeycomb, peach, fresh bread and sweet spices.
Soft and full at first. Well structured, with acidity in line with its fatness and richness. Complexity and intensity culminating in the persistent citrusy finish.
Food Pairing
Shellfish and fish in white sauce, cod croquettes, smoked fish, seafood or mushroom risoto, pork cooced with fruit or exotic spices. Mild gruyere cheese.
Ageing
In the right conditions it will go past 2020.
