Description

Dry, highly aromatic white wine with fresh tropical and citrus blossom aromas. It has full body with an legant balance between 13,5% vol and high refreshing cidity.

Intense tropical fruit and citrus blossom flavors, spring around an elegant oaky backbone based over a mineral depth, creating a long and complex aftertaste.

This is a wine from totaly healthy organic farming Malagouzia grapes from the stony, clay Geromoshos vineyard.

Hand picked and sorted grapes undergone through temperature controled alcoholic fermentation into 50% 500l and 50% 228l new oak barrels.

Matured on fine lees for 6 months with short intervals stirring, without malolactic transformation.
