Vineyard : On the south-eastern slopes of Mount Vermio (300 m.), in the region of Polla Nera, in Imathia.
Vinification : Standard red wine vinification process with high content of phenolic extracts, necessary for the production of mature wine. It is full-bodied to the palate, aromatic, with soft tannins and a pleasant aftertaste.
Bottling : At the company winery in FItia, Imathia.
Maturation : 12 months in French oak barrels
Alcoholic content : 13,5% vol
Ageing period : 10-12 years
