Vineyard : On the south-eastern slopes of Mount Vermio (300 m.), in the region of Polla Nera, in Imathia.
Vinification : A red wine vinification process as a whole grape fermentation where the grapes fermentation is encouraged to take place inside the individual grape berries.This method is common in the creation of Beaujolais wine.
Bottling : At the company winery in FItia, Imathia.
Maturation : 5 months in French oak barrels
Alcoholic content : 13,5% vol
Ageing period : 5-6 years
