NEOTTIA is the younger brother of ALBA VISSA.
High quality totally healthy Assyrtiko grapes from our single varietal vineyard Palaiokastra (means old Castle) with limestony soil and severe north winds with foremost cooling effect,
are carefully selected and vinified with minimum intervesions in order to produce 
a dry white , highly refreshing full body wine with intenese stone and tropical fruit aromas and flavors.
The sturdy phenolic backbone, typical attribute of the variety, leads to a pulsate mineral and complex long aftertaste.
