• Organoleptically the distinct aromas of lemon blossom, citrus fruits, bergamot and jasmine are distinguished in the nose. The mouth is pleasantly surprised by its sharpness and oiliness. The possibility to age this variety, which is rare for dry white wines, and its ability to keep evolving inside the bottle are of particular interest.
