Intense stone fruit and citrus blossom flavors, spring around a deep mineral backbone, creating a charmy and complex fruity aftertaste.

This is a wine from totaly healthy organic farming Malagouzia grapes from the limestone, clay (active Ca+2 more than 30%) Paleocastra vineyard.

Hand picked and sorted grapes undergone through temperature controled alcoholic fermentation into 35hl stainless steel vats.
