Vinification : Standard red wine vinification process with high content of phenolic extracts, necessary for the production of mature wine. The wine’s aromatic power and tannic structure reveal strong character and great aging potential.
Bottling : At the company winery in FItia, Imathia.
Maturation : 14 months in French oak barrels
Alcoholic content : 13,5% vol
Ageing period : 12-15 years
