- VINEYARD: Family rainfed aged 43 years in Koutsi position, calcareous soil, altitude 380 m, output 350 kg / ha. Harvest first ten days of September.
- VINIFICATION: Selected harvest ripened grapes. Deep red vinification with prolonged extraction of marc as the end of the alcoholic fermentation for 25 days .Aging 30-36 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters and 12 months in bottle.
- SENSORY ANALYSIS: Intense eggplant color with aromas of hot candied berries and spices. Heavy condensation in the presence of strong and noble tannins with a long aftertaste. Served at room temperature accompanying Royal Hunt.
