Deep red vinification with prolonged extraction of marc as the end of the alcoholic fermentation for 25 days .Aging 30-36 months in French oak barrels of 225 liters and 12 months in bottle.<\/li>\n<li><strong>SENSORY ANALYSIS:<\/strong> Intense eggplant color with aromas of hot candied berries and spices. Heavy condensation in the presence of strong and noble tannins with a long aftertaste.
