Drama.<\/p>\n<p>Idisma Drios means \u2018sweetly oaked\u2019, a name that reflects the rich sweetness imparted by the oak barrel to the flavour and aroma of Chardonnay. <\/p>\n<p>After the skin contact maceration, the wine is vinified in new French oak barrels and matures for about 5 months with its fine lees for maximum body and aromatic complexity.<\/p>\n<p>This wine is a rich golden yellow colour.<br \/>\nThe distinctively fragrant aroma of tropical fruits has underlying hints of vanilla and honey.<br \/>\nIn the mouth the wine is rich, full bodied, beautifully balanced, with a pleasant freshness. <\/p>\n<p>Serve cool, at 10-12\u00b0C.<br \/>\nEnjoy with seafood, grilled grassy fish, braised meat with white sauces, smoked cheese.<br \/>\nResponds well to further ageing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>White, P.G.I.
