Drama<br \/>\nThis premium varietal wine is produced from 100% Nebbiolo grapes. After being vinified by the classic red vinification method, the wine ages for 4-5 years in oak barrels. This long barrel maturation, balances the varietal\u2019s high tannic potential and enhances the complexity of the wine.<\/p>\n<p>Typical Nebbiolo light red colour, with the characteristic brick-orange hue at the rim of the glass. Complex bouquet of plums, black olives, cedar and sun-dried tomatoes. Robust and full-bodied in the mouth, with vigorous tannins and a structural elegance.<\/p>\n<p>Serve at 16-18\u00b0C<\/p>\n<p>Enjoy with strong, flavourful meats and aged cheeses.<\/p>\n<p>Responds well to further ageing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>P.G.I.
